Caroline Christie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed School Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, teens, and their families. She has specific training in supporting children in developing skills to recognize and address patterns of anxiety and depression using evidence based interventions. Caroline has worked with school and summer camp communities to assess and address culture and climate, creating an environment that supports emotional literacy, collaboration, and leadership.
Prior to opening Upper Valley Wellness, Caroline was a District Social Worker, Social Emotional Learning Coordinator, and Assistant Director of a thriving Day Camp. In addition to offering individual and family therapy, Caroline is the Wellness Coordinator for the Aloha Foundation programs.
